I have just participated in Transportraits, an exhibition which celebrated trans people. I was lucky enough to have two portraits in the exhibition which took place in Unit 2, London Road, St Leonards on Sea.
Previous Exhibitions in 2025 |
Throughout May and June 2025, I was delighted to have been selected to exhibit art in a wonderful exhibition showcasing the surprising and exceptional work of 22 talented artists, each responding to the word "sprung" in uniquely creative ways.
The opening celebration was on Friday, 9 May at the award-winning Jazz club and bar 'Barnaby's Lounge'. During this special viewing, you could engage with the artists in person and virtually through specially made projected videos that delve into the varied artistic practices and the thinking behind the pieces on show.

This autumn, I was privileged to attend some Story Well sessions at Barnaby's Lounge in Hastings, run by the wonderful storyteller Stephanie. In response to two of the stories she told, I was inspired to create some paintings. Actually, I got very carried away with the themes of connection and growth. Four of these paintings were exhibited at Barnaby's Lounge in January 2025.

Linocut
I have been experimenting with linocut for a while now. Some of my prints were in the exhibition mentioned above. I am particularly fascinated by the human body, so many of my prints are of organs or body parts!
